Introduction to Bottle Mouth Process
At present, our company has two processing technologies for PE and barrier bottles, each with advantages and disadvantages
Incision process
The head of the bottle mouth is automatically cut off by the machine cutter
The advantages of incision process: quick mold change and debugging, easy processing. For light bottles, the incision is flat, and there is no need to reprocess the bottle mouth in the back section. The thickness of the bottle mouth is uniform, and it is easy to control.
Shortcomings of incision process: for heavy bottles, the bottle mouth is too thick, and the machine's automatic rotary cutting is easy to have burrs. There are hidden dangers in the stability of the bottle mouth quality.
Cutting process: directly cooling the bottle mouth by blowing needle
Advantages of the cutting process: It is a process designed specifically for heavy bottles to make up for the shortcomings of the cutting process.
Disadvantages of the cutting process: the inner wall of the bottle mouth has wrinkles due to cooling, and the bottle mouth is not smooth, so it needs to be processed in the later section again, and the bottle mouth needs to be polished. The process is cumbersome.
